A Superb Antique Georgian 18ct Gold & Hair Work Lacquered Tortoiseshell Snuff Box 
All items have been previously used and will show slight age related wear. Some items may require a light clean. The item is in excellent condition for its age. The snuff box is made out of lacquer, tortoiseshell and 18ct gold. The central panel has fine hair work, which seems to be of a Village/Town. The box has one or two very small nibbles and a feint hairline to the back hinge. The box has one or two small gold leaves missing. The lid opens and closes as it should. This type of box in this condition is quite unusual. Excellent collectors piece. 
Weight:- The item is approx. 72.5 grams.
Hallmarks:- The item has marks, it fully tests as 18ct gold. 
Measurements:- The box is 7.1cm x 5.3cm x 3.3cm high.
