Hallmarks:- The item is unmarked, but fully tests as 18ct Gold. 



Measurements:- The ring is a UK size L 1/2, US size 6.25. The stone setting is approx. 1.4cm x 4mm wide. The two middle diamonds are approx. 3.5mm wide each. The outer diamonds are approx. 2.5mm wide each. The base of the ring shank is approx. 1mm wide. The ring sits approx. 5mm high.
