The very unusual vintage sterling silver item is in excellent condition for its age. The item is a cigar cutter and punch. The item opens and closes as it should. Great weight and quality. The item is perfect for any collection or for use!

Hallmarks:- The item is hallmarked for solid silver. Birmingham assay and dates to 1965.
